Kernelcraft Merch (“we”) operates a Meta application used to publish content
to our Facebook Pages / Instagram Business accounts and to create and manage
Meta ads that promote our print-on-demand products (e.g. on Etsy), including
related brands such as Brisketcraft.
- Who this is for
This app is a business operations tool for the shop owner. It is not a
consumer login product and does not create public shopper accounts. - Information we process
- Content we publish (posts, photos, captions) on Pages/accounts we control
- Advertising data (campaigns, ads, budgets, delivery and performance metrics)
- Access tokens and business IDs (Page, ad account, Instagram) needed for APIs
We do not intentionally collect personal profiles of people who only view or
click our ads, beyond aggregate metrics Meta provides to advertisers.
Purchases occur on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Etsy), not in this app.
- How we use information
- Publish lifestyle images and captions to our social accounts
- Create and manage ads linking to our product listings
- Measure performance and pause underperforming ads
- Secure and operate our automation
We do not sell personal data.
- Sharing
We use service providers as needed: Meta; cloud hosting (e.g. AWS); print-on-
demand and marketplaces (e.g. Printify/Printful, Etsy); and private owner
alerts (e.g. Telegram). We share data only to run these services or as
required by law. - Retention
Tokens are kept only while needed. Logs and performance data are retained for
analytics and troubleshooting, then deleted or aggregated. Creative assets may
be kept while related products are active. - Security
We use reasonable safeguards (restricted credentials, secrets management).
No system is 100% secure. - Your choices
Interactions with our Pages, Instagram, or ads are also subject to Meta’s
policies. Manage preferences in your Meta account settings, or contact us below. - Children
Our services are for adults/businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from
children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age). - Changes
